I’m a Partner at a law firm, so am pretty short on time during the week, but really love cooking at the weekends, so batch recipes that I can freeze and re-heat are ideal. I also like to keep healthy, so quick meals to whip up after an evening yoga class are ideal!

What home cooking means to me

It’s really important to me to eat healthily and cooking means I know exactly what’s going into a dish. I also find cooking a great way to unwind at the weekends after a busy week at work, and like nothing more than spending all afternoon cooking a meal to enjoy with friends (and a couple of glasses of wine!).

Chicken Stew with Chickpeas and Spinach

I love Catherine’s chicken and chickpea stew. It’s a great recipe to cook on a Sunday night and keep in the freezer for those last minute meals. It’s super healthy, with lots of lovely veggies, but it’s so warm and comforting you’d never know!

Favourite time-poor recipe

This recipe is excellent when having guests over as you can throw everything in a large casserole dish and just leave it to cook down whilst socializing with your friends.
