I am not sure there are many puds which are as time-poor friendly as this one.. and, with no compromise on taste either! Gorgeous vanilla ice cream, melting under the espresso, and an optional boozy lift of amaretto or brandy. Decadence, pure and simple.

4 Scoops of high Quality Vanilla Ice Cream
4 tablespoon Brandy or Amaretto
4 Espresso Shots (-or extremely strong filter coffee: caffeinated or de-caf, depending on preference)

Method

one. Per Person: put one scoop of ice cream into a serving bowl; pour over the brandy; then the hot coffee. Eat immediately
